Room 2: Photography Exhibit

Photography can be viewed as history; photos give us an eye into the past - people, places, events. It can also be viewed as an artform - light, shadow, composition, posing. See a timeline of events in the development of photography from its start to how we know it today. View large Victorian portraits, slide projectors, a Konica camera and all of the necessary equipment used to make dry plate photographs. Several other cameras are on display along with several old photographs, some that are quite unusual, one is done on cloth.
